What success looks like: Your price appears beside each size on product pages.
Common problems
Ways to sign in
Password: enter your email and password. Email me a code: approved accounts can get a 6-digit code by email instead; it works once and expires in 10 minutes, and asking for a new one cancels the old one. Forgot password?: emails a link to set a new password.Open sign-in
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page choose Email me a code to sign in right away, or Forgot password? to set a new one from an emailed link.Open sign-in
My sign-in code didn't arrive or doesn't work
Check spam and wait a minute before resending. Codes only go to approved accounts, expire after 10 minutes and stop working after a few wrong tries. You can always use your password or Forgot password? instead.Open sign-in
I still can't see prices
Your account may still be under review. Contact us and we'll check its status.Contact us
Change an order before acceptance, or order the same again.
Who can use it: Approved wholesale accounts.
01While an order is awaiting acceptance, open it and choose Edit order to change quantities, remove a line or update the PO, date, address or UPS account.Open My orders
02Prices are recalculated by us on save, and every revision is kept in the order history.
03Once accepted it locks; contact us and we will help.
04To reorder, open a past order from My orders to see exactly what was made and add the same sizes again.Open My orders
02Find your store address first: in Shopify admin go to Settings → Domains and copy the address ending in .myshopify.com (example: your-store.myshopify.com) — not your branded/custom website domain. Type that address here and choose Connect Shopify store.Open my Shopify Domains settings (opens official help in a new tab)
03Shopify opens. Review the permissions and approve them in Shopify only.
04You return to the Dashboard tab, which shows your store as connected.
05New connections start in test mode: one product per sync, created as Drafts.
What success looks like: The Dashboard shows your store name and a connected status.
Common problems
“RB hasn't finished the Shopify app setup yet”
Sales channels is still being set up on our side. Nothing you can fix — contact us.
“That connection attempt expired”
Start again from Connect Shopify store; each attempt is single-use and short-lived.Open Shopify Sales Channel
Try again once; if it repeats, contact us with the error text. Never send passwords or access tokens.
I don't see Sales channels
It appears on My Account for approved wholesale accounts once RB switches on Shopify sales channels for the site. If you're approved and don't see it, contact us.Contact us
02Step 1 Choose Products: search, filter, use Select on individual products or family cards (sizes grouped together), or shortcuts like Add all Ready. Selected only shows what you've picked.
03Choose Review selection to go to Review & Media. Check sizes, colours, SKUs, retail prices and photos for each item.
04Use Choose photos to pick the main image, fit vs crop and background (Black, Dark or Light).
05Run Test Media where offered; it checks Shopify can reach every photo before import.
06Import. In test mode only one product is sent per sync. Products are always created as Drafts.
07In Shopify, check each Draft and publish it to the sales channels you want. Imported does not mean publicly visible.
What success looks like: The product appears in Shopify admin as a Draft and shows Linked on RB.
Common problems
A product shows “RB is preparing this product for Shopify”
Its photos or details aren't ready yet; it can't be selected for import.
Product isn't visible in my store
It's still a Draft, or not published to your Online Store sales channel.
Wrong size, colour or photo
Fix it in Review & Media before import, or contact us if RB data looks wrong.
Sync paused after Test Media
Some photos were unreachable. Run Test Media again; if it keeps failing, contact us.
RB adds approved photos to your Shopify product — it never deletes or replaces yours.
Who can use it: Dealers with a connected Shopify store.
01Choose your background in Photos: Black, Dark or Light (or Mixed). If a size or color has no photo on that background, RB uses the closest one (Light → Dark → Black) and marks it.Open Shopify Sales Channel
02Include additional product images is on by default. Turn it off to send just the main photo for each size and color.
03Default order in Shopify: main photo first, then the 360 video (when Shopify can accept it), then the other photos. Use Choose photos on any product to change it.
04Each size and color gets its own exact photo, matched by RB SKU and color — never a guessed alternate.
05RB only adds media. Photos or videos you added in Shopify are never deleted, replaced or reordered, and sending again never uploads the same RB file twice.
06Original RB photos and videos are never altered.
Common problems
“Image could not be loaded”
Nothing was sent for that product. Try again in a few minutes; if it keeps happening, contact RB with the product name.Contact RB
Photo looks cropped
Check your theme's image settings in Shopify; RB sends the full uncropped photo.
Yes, when Shopify can accept the file — otherwise download it or copy its link.
Who can use it: Dealers with a connected Shopify store.
01In Photos → Media, Include 360 / video is on by default.
02Choose photos on any product shows a badge for its 360: “Shopify compatible” means it is sent as a Shopify product video right after the main photo; “Download only” means Shopify can't take that file directly.
03Download-only 360s are never turned into a still photo and never stop the rest of the product from syncing. Use “360 available for download” or “Copy asset link”, or get it from My Account → Product Media.
04Videos take a few minutes to process in Shopify before they appear on the product.
05The original RB video is sent as-is, without re-compressing.
Order import is off by default; product syncing works without it.
Who can use it: Dealers with a connected Shopify store.
01Shopify order import is not enabled yet for most stores. Product syncing works fully independently — you do not need order import to sell RB products.
02When order import is enabled for your store, new Shopify orders for linked RB products appear in the Shopify Orders tab for your review before anything is sent to RB.
03Nothing is ordered from RB automatically: you review each imported order and choose to send it.
04Interested? Contact RB to request order integration for your store.
Who can use it: Dealers with a connected Shopify store.
01Account not approved: Sales channels only appears for approved accounts.
02App not configured: RB is finishing setup; contact us.Contact us
03Wrong store address: use your *.myshopify.com address, not your own branded domain (like yourstore.com). To find it: in Shopify admin choose Settings → Domains and copy the address ending in .myshopify.com.Open my Shopify Domains settings (opens official help in a new tab)
04Duplicate SKU or conflict: we stop and ask rather than attach to the wrong product. Contact us with the SKU.
05Partial sync: the Activity tab shows what succeeded and what failed with the reason.Open Shopify Sales Channel
06Image could not be loaded: run Test Media in Review & Media — it checks Shopify can reach every photo before import. If it keeps failing, contact us.
07Product created but not visible in my store: it is a Draft. In Shopify admin open the product and publish it to your sales channels.
08Sync only sends one product: your store is in Test Mode. Verify that product, then contact RB to request Full Sync.
09Reconnected and now only one product syncs: reconnecting returns your store to Test Mode. Request Full Sync again.
10Store already connected: if the Dashboard shows your store, you're connected — use Import products. If it says the store belongs to another RB account, contact us.Open Shopify Sales Channel
11Connection fails or keeps erroring: contact us with the error text and product codes — never passwords, access tokens or screenshots showing them.Contact us
02Choose Load my products to list every size and colour of the products linked to your store.
03In the Part Number Generator, set a prefix (for example PS-), Sequential or Random, digits and starting number. Preview shows example numbers.
04Choose Assign part numbers. Only items without a part number get one — e.g. PS-4827 — and it never changes on reload, reconnect or RB catalog changes.
05Choose Edit on an item. The form always opens with the latest saved values, and Cancel discards everything you typed. Save only changes the fields you edited — changing a title or price never touches the part number.
06To use your own number, type it and Save; replacing an existing number asks you to confirm. Clearing a title or price returns it to RB's default/pricing rule.
07To remove a part number, choose Reset to RB default and confirm. Leaving the box blank does not remove it.
08A replaced or reset part number is kept as a retired alias and is never reused.
09Saving here does not change Shopify. Names and part numbers are sent only in a later, reviewed sync (coming next).
Common problems
“Already used”
Part numbers are unique in your store, ignoring upper/lower case. Choose another.
“Range full”
Add a digit or change the prefix.
“This item changed since you opened it”
Someone (another tab, or the generator) saved this item after you opened the form. Nothing was saved and your typing is kept; choose Load latest values to review, then edit again.
“Use Reset to RB default”
A blank part number box is not saved. Use the Reset to RB default button if you really want to remove the number.
Can't edit a part number
Once a part number has been sent to Shopify it is locked until safe renaming is available.
