Lay out your award online.
Approved wholesale accounts can pick a real RB award and size, upload a logo, and build a production-ready concept online. AI Design Assist returns three different editable layout concepts.
- Your logo is only positioned and sized — never redrawn or stretched.
- Your names, dates and wording stay exactly as you type them.
- Prefer no AI? Smart Layout arranges everything by measurement instead.
- Every design still goes through proof approval before anything is made.

Built from scratch
The BEAST award.
This one started as a logo and a sentence: make it look like the brand, not like a trophy. No stock shape, no catalog blank. We drew it, routed it, layered it and polished it in our Orange, California shop until the claw looked like it had been torn straight out of the acrylic.
The same processes are behind every catalog model — see how we machine, cut, print and finish acrylic or browse the award collection.
01
Art to tool path
The logo came in as flat artwork. We rebuilt every claw mark as a cutting path so the shape could be routed in acrylic instead of printed on it.
02
Cut, layer, align
Green and black acrylic were cut separately, then stacked and aligned by hand so the claw glows out of the black outline from every angle.
03
Lettering with weight
BEAST was machined as dimensional letters and set on a stepped black base — raised, not engraved, so it catches light across the room.
04
Polish and personalize
Edges were hand polished to a glass finish, then the base was printed with the brand marks and the recipient's name.
Describe the project
Tell us the occasion, the quantity, roughly the size you have in mind and the date it needs to be in hand.
Provide approved artwork
Vector artwork works best for routed shapes and AcraLaser detail; full-color files are used for UV printing.
Review the direction
We come back with the shape, materials and finishing approach before anything is cut in our Orange, California shop.
